Coach Mitch Dowd, DPT, ATC, CSCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified strength coach dedicated to helping athletes and active individuals bridge the gap between rehab and performance. With a background as a collegiate wrestler, Mitch combines firsthand athletic experience with clinical expertise to deliver evidence-based, sustainable training programs that enhance movement quality, strength, and long-term health.
